Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in to Signaler for the first time?

Signaler works by invitation from your organization. If your team already uses Signaler, ask an admin to send you an invite. If you want to deploy Signaler in your organization, email sales@signaler.app.

My sign-in code isn't arriving

Check your spam folder and make sure you typed the same email you were invited with (case and domain). If five minutes go by with no code, email support@signaler.app with your address and organization name.

I'm not receiving notifications on my iPhone

Open the app, go to your profile, and review the notifications indicator. If it's off, tap it to enable Settings > Signaler > Notifications. Make sure you allow notifications, sounds, and time-sensitive notifications. If you turned on a Focus mode, double-check Signaler is allowed. If the issue persists, email support with the make and model of your iPhone.

How do I delete my account?

From the mobile app (iOS or Android): tap your avatar in the top right, open "My team" and tap "Delete account" on your profile card. That opens your mail composer with a request ready to send to support. You can also email support@signaler.app directly with the subject "Account deletion request", or visit our account deletion page for the full process details. When the process is complete we permanently delete your profile, alerts you created, messages, and acknowledgment records tied to your account.

How do I request a data export?

Email support@signaler.app with the subject "Data export request" from the address tied to your account. We'll send you a structured file with your profile, the alerts you created, and your activity log.

I have questions about billing or my subscription

Email support@signaler.app with the subject "Billing" and include the email of your organization's admin. We'll reply with your current status, upcoming renewals, and any adjustment you need.

Is Signaler available in other languages?

The app is available in Spanish and English. You can change the language from your profile inside the app, or from the switcher in the bottom-right corner of the website.

Reporting a security vulnerability

If you found a security vulnerability, email support@signaler.app with the subject "Security report" before disclosing it publicly and we'll coordinate a responsible disclosure.
